We want people to be excited about sport, engaged in healthy activity and feel inspired to be their best About the role: Reporting to the Health & Wellness supervisor, the Gym Floor Attendant is responsible for providing support to the Health and Wellness Team, our members and guests. The role will focus on fitness consultations, exceptional program prescription, providing exceptional customer service and forming relationships with our members and guests to drive customer satisfaction and retention of members. You will respond to enquiries and provide accurate and appropriate information regarding facilities and services available, while monitoring the quality of programming and assisting other team members when needed, providing feedback to the Gym Floor Supervisor on the Safety of our participants. You will be exposed to key stakeholders internally and externally, including within elite level sporting organisations – both State and National Sporting bodies – and will have the opportunity to see some exciting changes and projects in venues that make a difference in the community. Required skills: Certificate III in Fitness Certificate IV in Fitness (Not essential but recommended) Current CPR Prove First Aid Working with Children Check Strong fitness prescription experience Knowledge in a diverse range of fitness related specialties.
