Clinical Care Coordinator - Residential Aged Care Full‑Time Position Mont Albert Location | Aged Care Industry Not‑for‑Profit Salary Packaging benefits Join our dedicated team as a hands‑on Clinical Care Coordinator at the mecwacare Simon Price Facility, our 100‑room residential aged care home nestled in leafy Mont Albert North. You will lead and support the delivery of high‑quality, resident‑focused care. In this key role, you will provide strong clinical leadership and collaborate closely with the Facility Manager, residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to drive effective and person‑centred clinical outcomes. Your leadership will be integral to maintaining excellence in care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be well supported by the Facility Manager and a network of specialist teams in Quality, Learning and Development and AN‑ACC, all committed to enhancing the clinical care experience for our residents. What you bring: Advanced clinical skills, including current and ongoing registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Ability to act as a mentor providing guidance to the Registered Nursing team and Carers in all aspects of clinical care. Proven ability to motivate and lead staff, promoting a positive work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well‑developed prioritisation and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks. Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act and its principles, Aged Care Standards and AN‑ACC documentation requirements. Mature outlook with the ability to relate to older people. Ability to fulfil (ongoing) the requirements of ‘Key Personnel’ as defined in the Aged Care Act. Ability to operate autonomously and respond in a timely and systematic fashion. Infection Prevention and Control Lead (IPC Lead) qualification or in process of undertaking. What we offer: Salary Packaging and Meals Card – NFP benefits.
