Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Our client, Eternal Innovation Pty Ltd T/A GD Building Supplies, is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Retail Manager to lead its expanding retail operations. With a flagship store in Cooper Plains and a newly opened location in Yatala, QLD, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for a results‑driven professional to guide this next stage of success. The new Yatala store is now looking for a full‑time Retail Manager to take ownership of its day‑to‑day operations and drive performance as the location establishes and scales. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven ability to manage and develop high‑performing retail teams, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day store operations, driving sales and performance targets, managing staff rosters and training, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring the highest standards of store presentation and service. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store Duties Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance Qualifications AQF Diploma or Higher 3-5 years of experience in related field Salary $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation #J-18808-Ljbffr
