About the Role: The eCommerce & CRM Specialist will own and optimize our email marketing strategy, collaborate with CRM, marketing, technology, and analytics teams, and optimize website content and SEO performance to grow online sales. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and manage trade emails aligned with key promotions and product launches. Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance and content. Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns online through email marketing. Implement a digital and content marketing plan to drive engagement and conversion rates. Project manage online campaigns and promotional activities, including briefing in assets, building EDMs, and tracking key dates. Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates. Create and oversee ARLs (Asset Request Lists) for campaigns. Develop and implement customer-led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams. Support CRM Manager in CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to build and retain customer relationships and grow the subscriber database. Analyse and report on the ROI of campaign outcomes; conduct post‑campaign reporting with actionable insights. Track and analyze key metrics to refine future strategies. Drive SEO through blogs and optimized product descriptions. Explore and pursue affiliate marketing opportunities with the digital marketing team. Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of ecommerce or CRM experience, ideally in fashion or retail. Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems. Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Why Join Platypus Shoes?
