As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, food and beverage service, staff management, and compliance. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance. What Your Days Might Look Like Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction Manage, lead, train, and motivate on‑site teams Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L) Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations Ensure the property is well‑presented, safe, and operating efficiently What You’ll Bring Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment Knowledge of Property Management Systems Strong background in hospitality management operations Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal customer experience in a hotel environment Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management Be experienced in cost control management Proven experience in driving and achieving top‑line revenue and bottom‑line results Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently Competitive salary package + performance bonuses Live and work in a stunning destination Career growth potential and support Accommodation assistance provided Retail benefits through Paylab Support from Mandala's Central Team Apply Today Don’t miss your chance to join one of Australia’s fastest‑growing hospitality groups Register your interest by clicking the apply button to send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
