The Opportunity We're looking for an energetic and curious Change Analyst (Early Career / Entry Level) to support a major technology change project for one of our clients in the biotechnology sector. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Marketing who is passionate about helping people adapt to change. You'll gain hands‑on experience in organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and learning coordination as part of a supportive global change team. You’ll help us support a large, mission‑driven biotechnology company as they roll out a new ERP system across multiple regions. Working closely with senior consultants, you'll help track readiness, coordinate communications, and make sure teams feel prepared and confident before go‑live. What You’ll Do Readiness support: Help build and maintain readiness trackers for each site and identify any gaps before go‑live. Role impact mapping: Support workshops and data collection to understand how changes will affect different job roles. Survey design & analysis: Assist with creating and analysing short readiness or training surveys using tools like Microsoft Forms or Excel. Stakeholder coordination: Work with local site contacts to share updates, track actions, and ensure communications reach the right people. Reporting: Summarise key insights and actions for the project team and leaders. What You’ll Bring A degree or qualification in business, human resources, communications, marketing, psychology, or a related field. A genuine interest in how people experience and adapt to change in organisations. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to summarise ideas clearly. Good attention to detail and basic data or survey analysis skills (Excel or similar). A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Availability to attend some on‑site meetings in Melbourne (CBD area). Bonus points Any exposure to organisational change, technology projects, or experience in biotech / pharma sectors (e.g., university projects, internships, or part‑time roles). Why Join Us?
