Opportunity As an Aquatic Education Team Leader, you'll lead a fantastic team of swim teachers, with responsibility for rostering, performance management, recruitment and training. You'll be process driven, ensuring that all patrons have a great experience, while supporting and encouraging your team through periods of change. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day management of the swim school and school swimming programs, ensuring smooth scheduling and high-quality delivery. Supervise, roster, and support Aquatic Education staff, providing training, feedback, and performance management to maintain program standards. Act as the main point of contact for parents and schools, addressing enquiries and promoting water safety and aquatic programs within the community. Monitor lesson quality, maintain teacher-to-student ratios, ensure adequate equipment, and uphold industry standards and Council policies. Manage facility scheduling, assist with invoicing and
