Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards Responsible for inspiring and mentoring your team and fostering a positive and professional workplace culture About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification Strong experience in a Centre Manager role A current Working with Children’s Check Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard Why work for Affinity?
