About you You are someone who embodies emotional intelligence, operational expertise, and a profound understanding of quality early learning, not just theoretically, but in practice. You lead your team with confidence, consistently surpassing the expectations of the National Quality Standard. We are seeking an individual with: A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a long-daycare, preschool, or kindergarten settingComprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning FrameworkAn ability to cultivate trusting relationships with staff, families, and community stakeholders Proven experience in supporting or leading an Assessment and Rating processExceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skillsA calm and composed demeanour when navigating change or challenges Not 100% sure this is the one?
