A member of the RAB Leadership Team, this General Manager reports to the National General Manager Agribusiness and leads the strategic direction and value proposition for CBA’s Agribusiness clients across NSW, Queensland and the Northern Territory. This high‑profile role shapes and grows an existing business and plays a critical stakeholder role across the industry. Key Responsibilities Develop, build and deliver the regional distribution strategy and value proposition. Support growth through frontline sales enablement and support across NSW, Queensland & the Northern Territory. Develop and implement new business initiatives, tools and products, including providing differentiated customer value propositions. Build and maintain partnerships with key government, industry and stakeholder groups through active external engagement. As a frontline senior leader, balance the voice of customer, market insight, risk management, shareholder and our people to negotiate, challenge and facilitate exceptional outcomes with stakeholders.
