You will act as the key support to the Project Director on diverse commercial HVAC installation and commissioning projects across NSW. This is a crucial role for someone with a 'can-do' attitude, offering fast growth and direct interaction with the leadership team in a business known for Precision, Reliability, and Innovation. Working Hours: 40h/w Location: Northern Beaches Office (Sydney, NSW) + Client's sites Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership Support: Act as a key support to the Project Director, assisting with core duties and contributing directly to successful project delivery. Planning, Procurement, and Logistics: Assist in project planning, preparing and tracking Purchase Orders, coordinating the organization and delivery of resources, and managing the schedules of team members and sub-contractors. Design & Documentation: Facilitate and participate in Pre-Construction and Design Coordination meetings. Organise, compile, and produce essential project documentation, including Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals. Monitoring & Control: Track and report on project progress, identifying and processing Variations (scope changes), and assisting with the running and documentation of site meetings. Project Closeout: Support all required Project Closeout activities, ensuring successful handover and finalization. Must possess full Australian Working Rights (sponsorship is not offered for this role, but can be considered over time). Possess a current and valid Australian Driver's Licence (Class C). Hold a current NSW White Card (General Construction Induction Training), mandatory for site access. (If you don’t have one, you should get one before you start) Demonstrated experience or background knowledge working with HVAC (Air Conditioning) systems or in the mechanical services trade is highly desirable. Operational Suitability: The role requires frequent travel to the Northern Beaches office and various NSW sites; applicants must consider the impact of commute times on their ability to meet the operational demands of the role. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills, essential for team coordination and client interaction. Integrity and Accountability: Proactive honesty, willingness to be upfront, and taking full ownership of any mistakes.
