We are seeking an experienced and experientially skilled Senior Project Architect to join our boutique architecture practice in Balgowlah. This is a unique opportunity for an architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally much more, who is passionate about creating meaningful, soulful architecture and is looking to advance their career in a creative and supportive environment. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the Director on the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial projects. Lead project management efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage client relationships and coordinate with a team of consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee construction administration and manage building contracts effectively. Apply strong construction knowledge to guide the project from concept to completion. Demonstrate exceptional design and detailing skills, particularly in large-scale boutique residential and commercial projects. Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to their professional development. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in architecture, with a strong focus on NSW standards. More senior experience is highly desirable. Proven experience in project management, including on-site construction administration. High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively with a dynamic team. Class 2 experience a bonus.
