What You’ll Do In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of your territory and build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Reporting to our Sales Manager, your focus will be to: Grow your portfolio by achieving quarterly sales targets across our trusted range of healthcare consumables and equipment. Build meaningful partnerships with customers — from clinics to hospitals — and uncover new opportunities through networking, promotions, and innovative solutions. Drive account growth through strategic reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and proactive engagement. Deliver excellence by meeting key activity metrics including customer visits, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting. What You Bring Proven success in a sales or account management role, ideally within healthcare or related industries or sales experience. A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel. A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for customer visits.
