For the right person, we’re open to shaping the role with some flexibility. What You'll Do Manage property sales administration from listing right through to settlement. Be supported by one experienced superstar part-time sales administrator and a virtual assistant. Keep our sales team organised, efficient, and free to focus on what they do best — selling. Maintain and improve our admin systems and processes across AgentBox , Realtair , Trello , and Outlook . Collaborate with the Head of Operations to streamline workflow and elevate the client experience. What You'll Bring Proven experience in real estate sales administration is essential. Balances high-volume days and quiet stretches with consistency and focus. Detail‑obsessed with a love for checklists, systems, and getting things right the first time. Calm under pressure, proactive communicator, and natural organiser. Confident managing people and processes simultaneously. A real sense of pride in your work and commitment to doing it well.
