Want to know more about us visit our website The role We’re looking for a Digital Performance Specialist who’s passionate about driving measurable growth through smart, data‑led digital campaigns. If you live and breathe paid media, thrive on optimisation, and love turning analytics into actionable insights — this is your chance to make a real impact across multiple brands within the Citation Group (Citation HR, Citation Certification, and foundU). What you’ll do You’ll take ownership of our performance marketing activity, ensuring campaigns deliver the right leads at the right cost. Day-to-day, you’ll: Build, optimise and manage high‑performing SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Execute and refine paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other digital channels. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Manage digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI and performance outcomes. Analyse data from Google Analytics, Salesforce and other tools to identify trends, report results and drive improvement. Explore new acquisition channels to fuel growth and innovation. What you’ll bring You’re a performance specialist who combines creativity, commercial thinking and a love for data. You don’t just manage campaigns — you optimise, test, and elevate them to achieve the best possible outcomes. You’ll bring: 3+ years’ experience in a digital performance or paid media role (SEM focus preferred). A proven ability to create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns independently across multiple platforms — Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. Proven expertise and a deep understanding of SEM strategy and execution — from bid optimisation and keyword research and analysis, to campaign tracking and improving key metrics Strong budget management skills, ensuring efficient and effective use of spend to maximise conversions and ROI. A solid grasp of digital acquisition principles, with a focus on generating qualified leads and measurable actions (e.g., downloads, enquiries, sign‑ups). Analytical expertise, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush and platform insights to measure success, report on performance and recommend data‑led improvements. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to track results and integrate campaign data. Excellent collaboration skills — you’re a proactive communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales and product teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality across campaigns and reports. A curious, continuous improvement mindset — always testing, learning, and exploring new opportunities to improve performance.
