We are looking for a motivated Casual Front Office Receptionist to join our team at our newly opened Yallungah Boutique Hotel property located at 62 Byng Street, Orange, NSW. A one-of-a-kind destination for leisure and corporate guests, Yallungah fuses contemporary art and striking design in a beautifully restored heritage homestead. Casual Front Office Receptionist Role Overview The Casual Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process as well as responding to guest requests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner. You will also act as an ambassador for the region we operate within providing town and tourism experiential highlights information for guests. Handle phone and online reservations, ensuring accurate and timely booking of rooms. Maintain guest records, process payments, and manage the front desk’s daily operations. Customer Support: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests and any issues are resolved quickly. Monitor guest access and maintain the security of the front desk area. Guests In collaboration with General Manager and Team Members implement strategies to enhance guest service standards which meet/ exceed the expectations of guests Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure their stay experience exceeds expectations.
