Allied Health Assistant – Rehabilitation Employment Type: Full‑Time, Fixed Term (until 27 February 2026) – Grade 3. Salary: Grade 3 + superannuation + salary packaging. Location: Melton Health Hub. We are seeking a full‑time, fixed‑term Long Service Leave cover (5 January 2026 – 27 February 2026) Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant to join our community rehabilitation team at Melton. The team consists of an Exercise Physiologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Physiotherapists, who provide both individual and group‑based interventions across multiple population groups. The role will support group intervention, individualised exercise‑based therapy and general tasks for the team. You will receive regular clinical supervision from a Grade 2 clinician and work closely with the multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group‑based exercise interventions Apply a holistic, client‑centred approach to care About You Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (essential) Experience or knowledge around physiotherapy Experience or knowledge in group interventions Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Why Join Us?
