Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer (Part Time) We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated and driven individual to join our successful team. This role is part time and we are flexible as to hours. We are an Australian owned and family operated company that imports, manufactures, sources, markets, sells and distributes a diverse range of high quality international and locally branded products to the FMCG, DIY Hardware, Garden and Home Improvement Retail Channels in Australia & New Zealand. Located in the south‑eastern suburbs, we are close to public transport with free onsite parking. We are a dynamic and diverse business, and we have an exciting opportunity available for a highly experienced and proactive accounts payable/receivable officer to join our finance team on a part time basis. We are flexible with hours and this role offers valuable experience in the area of customer account reconciliation and collection. Responsibilities Proactively pursuing outstanding debtors. Reconciliation of selected customer accounts. Processing rebates and maintenance of rebate register. Liaising with the sales team to finalize credit claims. Maintenance of customer database. Producing daily sales reports. Recording and monitoring accounts payable and organising payments accordingly. Supporting the finance team with general accounting tasks as required. Qualifications Pronto ERP, or similar, experience – this is an essential requirement. A working knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in intermediate‑advanced MS Office especially Excel. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
