Exciting opportunity for a hands‑on Accounts Payable within a national property investment firm The Property Advisory Group is a privately owned investment and advisory firm specialising in commercial property acquisitions, syndications, and funds management. We’re expanding our national portfolio and seeking an experienced Accounts Payable to oversee financial operations across the group and its associated property trusts. You’ll play a key role in managing payments, maintaining cashflow discipline, and ensuring compliance across a complex investment structure of 50+ entities. Key Responsibilities Manage and process accounts payable for the group and associated property trusts Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all payments and disbursements Maintain supplier relationships and reconcile accounts regularly Maintain cashflow management, payment scheduling, and creditor reporting Assist with investor distribution payments and reconciliations Support preparation of BAS, tax, and management reports in Xero Reconcile intercompany transactions across complex fund structures Implement best‑practice controls and approval workflows Liaise with property managers, auditors, accountants, and legal advisors Support budgeting and forecasting by providing AP and cashflow data Support compliance with ASIC, AFS licence, and AUSTRAC requirements relevant to fund payments About You You are a detail‑driven, commercially minded finance professional who takes pride in accuracy and process excellence.
