The Role Marcellin College a leading Catholic boys school presents an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on an on‑going part‑time basis commencing Term 1 2026. This is an opportunity to work with our teachers in assisting students that have a variety of individual learning needs. Key Success Factors The Accounts Payable Officer plays an essential role in supporting the effective financial operations of the College. Reporting directly to the Business Manager this position is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end accounts payable function, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the broader administration team. The role ensures payments are processed efficiently, supplier relationships are well managed, and financial procedures evolve to meet the changing needs of the College.
