If you are friendly, reliable, and ready to join a dynamic team representing a trusted global brand, we’d love to hear from you In addition, we are also seeking casual vehicle detailers to come and join our Sunshine Coast Team Please advise which role you prefer when applying Primary Duties and Responsibilities of our Customer Service Role: Providing exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. Creating a positive customer experience by engaging with our customers Completing rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately Promoting and selling optional upgrades and cover products Checking of vehicles prior to, and upon return of the vehicle Accurately entering and completing incoming and walk up reservations Ensure the presentation of our vehicles are to Hertz standards including cleaning and detailing as required. Working as part of a high performing team Having a thorough understanding of our fleet Be willing to work across all of our Sunshine Coast locations including Caloundra, Maroochydore, Marcoola, Noosa and Gympie (when required) About You Proven experience in customer service and sales Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence engaging with customers Basic computer literacy Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done Enjoy multi-tasking and are highly organised Full and current Australian driver’s licence Must have Australian work rights Automotive or rental industry experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided) What We Offer Attractive hourly rate PLUS an uncapped monthly incentive program Career progression and development pathways Opportunities to move within the business and across Hertz locations Full training and company uniform Experience in an industry that can take you anywhere in the world Employee discounts on car rentals across the Hertz network Work across all of our Sunshine Coast locations, including some weekends and overtime as needed MH5 Ltd is a privately owned business and proud Hertz Australia franchisee.
