About the role We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on marketing leader to help shape the future of Origin’s Centralised Energy Services (CES) business. Sitting within the Marketing team and part of the CES Leadership group, this role will drive customer growth and retention through effective B2B marketing strategy, campaign delivery, and go‑to‑market execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to position CES as the market leader in innovative energy solutions for high‑rise residential and commercial developments. Key responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies that support CES growth, retention, and brand positioning. Design and deliver B2B campaigns and communications that bring the CES value proposition to life. Partner with product, technology, and sales teams to launch new electrification products and services. Build and manage relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders. Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns, and inform decision‑making. Manage marketing budgets and resources to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes. About you You’re a seasoned marketer who thrives in dynamic, cross‑functional environments. You bring strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver at pace and turn ideas into results. You’re equally comfortable shaping the big picture and managing day‑to‑day execution, with a passion for innovation and a customer‑first mindset. You’ll also have: Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, ideally within B2B environments. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in highly regulated or technical industries (energy, utilities, infrastructure) is a plus.
