Locations & Roles Airport West (Monday to Friday – 7.30 am to 5.00 pm): Paint Prepper Thornbury (Monday to Friday – 7.30 am to 5.00 pm): Panel Beater, Paint Prepper South Morang (Monday to Friday – 6.30 am to 4.00 pm): Spray Painter, Paint Prepper Work Hours & Compensation Full-time, 45‑hour weeks with guaranteed overtime paid after 38 hours each week. Responsibilities Prepare automotive surfaces for paint applications. Perform panel beating, spray painting, and other body repair tasks as required. Work autonomously while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Qualifications Strong knowledge of cars and automotive parts. Previous experience in a similar role or industry. Certificate III – Automotive Body Repair (required for Panel Beater role). Full Australian working rights. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
