Reviewing and developing local systems and providing recommendations for enhancement. Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensuring compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards – while keeping all websites and print media current and accessible. Promoting service delivery efficiencies and maintaining compliance with all relevant requirements. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address needs and respond to requests. Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Supervising and training support staff as required to ensure smooth delivery of events, key celebrations and regular marketing and communication activities. About you – Qualifications & experience Supporting media activities across online platforms and print materials. Applying branding guidelines and interpreting relevant policies and procedures. Assisting with marketing procurement and basic budgeting tasks. Contributing to digital content and media management to align with school objectives. Coordinating marketing and event activities to meet local needs and trends. Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience).
