Project Manager – Major Projects South East Queensland About Us SecureFence is a leader in the fencing industry, delivering high quality solutions across commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and performance, we are expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple major projects across South East Queensland. About the Role We are looking for a results driven Major Projects, Project Manager to take charge of the planning, execution, and delivery of large scale fencing projects. This is a hands on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver multiple major projects simultaneously Develop and oversee project programs, timelines, and forecasts Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Manage safety on site, in line with company and legislative requirements Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and project performance tracking Coordinate and order materials as required Monitor and supervise works to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations About You Proven experience in managing major projects (preferably within construction, civil, or infrastructure industries) Strong leadership and communication skills Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities Relevant qualification (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Competitive salary package (negotiable based on experience) Company vehicle, phone, and laptop The opportunity to manage high profile projects across South East Queensland A supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth Join Us This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take the next step in their career and be part of SecureFence’s major projects team.
