Client Care & Office Administrator – Full Time Location: Molendinar, Gold CoastCompany: Vet Angels (part of the Pet Angel family) Vet Angels, part of the Pet Angel family, connects families with caring veterinarians who specialise in peaceful, at-home euthanasia services for beloved pets across South East Queensland. We are dedicated to supporting families and vets with empathy, professionalism, and genuine compassion. We are seeking a Client Care & Office Administrator to join our team at Molendinar. This position is ideal for someone with a veterinary background —such as a qualified or experienced vet nurse —who understands the sensitive nature of end‑of‑life pet care and values compassionate client communication. About the Role In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Vet Angels families and veterinarians. You’ll manage bookings, coordinate appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. You will also assist the Pet Angel Crematorium team with general administrative tasks, supporting our operations and ensuring seamless communication between both parts of our business. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and emails for Vet Angels bookings Liaise with veterinarians and clients to coordinate appointments Provide warm, understanding support to grieving pet owners Maintain accurate booking records Assist with Pet Angel administrative duties such as data entry, invoicing, and customer service Support internal teams with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks About You Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care environment (e.g., vet nurse, receptionist, or client care role) Calm, empathetic, and able to offer reassurance during emotional conversations Excellent communication and time management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively Confident using computer systems and scheduling software Professional, caring, and team‑oriented attitude Why Join Vet Angels Be part of a family‑owned, compassionate organisation making a real difference Supportive and close-knit team environment Office based in Molendinar Ongoing training and development providedOpportunity to contribute to both Vet Angels and Pet Angel operations If you’re an organised, empathetic professional with veterinary experience and a passion for supporting families through meaningful moments, we’d love to hear from you.
