Role In the role of Business Banking Manager you will join Kristy Clayton and the Regional & Agri B&PB Canberra Diversified team thats doubling down on customer obsession. Responsibilities Assess economic value and risk potential of new business Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans Prepare and submit customer lending proposals Qualifications Highly experienced retail / business banker with a business related degree and / or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA PY ACCA MBA CIB) Experience within business banking and / or credit assessment of around 4-8 years Several years of experience will have been in relation to the specific segment of operation with a comprehensive understanding of business / commercial practices BFS products and services with significant emphasis on sales lending credit assessment and control experience.
