Account Executive Diversified Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding client expectations through strategic sales efforts and exceptional service. You will collaborate closely with our Sales teams, Engineering and Projects department, and Service teams to ensure our AV solutions align with client goals and the client receives a high-quality product. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales process. Develop new strategic business relationships. Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, builders and suppliers. Understand and define the client's audio-visual requirements and scope. Account management of large key accounts, being the main point of contact. Calling on potential clients, qualifying leads and consulting with specifiers to the point of design and estimating submission. Ensure quotations and tenders are responded to in an accurate and timely manner, as well as managing the client’s expectations. Participating in the closure of a sale, e.g., attending tender interviews, client negotiations to win business. Work with the sales, engineering and project teams on major or complex AV project bids. Perform diligent recording of opportunities within the CRM. Develop & sustain relationships with key personnel from customer partnerships through extensive communication & site visits. Construct sales documents and respond to tenders for submission. Attend sales/product training initiatives. Provide technical support to the Sales team where required. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of integrated audio-visual systems essential. End to end Sales process experience. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Strength in producing proposal documentation. Willingness to increase knowledge in audio visual integration. Work within a “Team” environment. Attention and eye for detail combined with a high level of accuracy. Computer skills with good knowledge of both Word and Excel.
