You will work closely with senior leaders to identify their development needs and design bespoke programmes to meet these needs. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively deliver these programmes, while your analytical skills will allow you to evaluate their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to emerging leaders, helping them to reach their full potential. The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans to support the organisation's vision to be a contemporary organisation delivering trusted administration and excellent client service. This includes leading the design and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies, in relation to workforce planning, talent management, and culture.Lead the design, development, and delivery of organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies. Prepare and coordinate project plans using project management methodologies. Provide expert advice and high-quality reports, submissions, and briefings for senior management. Lead and promote workforce improvement activities driving employee engagement and capability. Identify and present innovative process improvements for continuous organisational capability enhancement. Manage, negotiate, consult, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. What You BringThe ideal candidate for this Organisational Development Partner role will demonstrate a strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development, and performance frameworks within a large, complex organisation. You will possess highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively through strong facilitation and consultation. A proactive approach is key, as you will need to adapt to a constantly changing environment and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes. While there are no mandatory qualifications for the role, a relevant degree or postgraduate studies in a related discipline (e.g., organisational development) would be highly regarded.Strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development, and performance frameworks. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and work collaboratively with strong facilitation and consultation.
