This strategic role aligns people, processes, and strategy through the design and delivery of targeted OD and learning initiatives across the Australian business. About the Opportunity: This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence key people initiatives across the entire Australian business. You will lead critical end-to-end projects across key OD pillars: Short term and annually, you will lead the learning review and refresh Virbac Australia’s L&D Suite, Virbac Growth: Working with leaders and reviewing development plans to launch and project manage our learning and development offering for 2026. Key point of liaison, relationship building and negotiating with our external learning providers. End to end management of our LMS, Workday Learn working with our HQ Workday experts in France to further development system capability in Australia. Project Manage our Compliance Training/Policy rollout. Event management and end to end coordination of all Learning, Leadership and Team Building initiatives across Virbac Australia. Long term: Become our trusted Organisational Development Business Partner. Instil long term behavioral change by applying your commercial acumen to all learning solutions. Ensuring programs and projects align with the organisational strategy and needs. Stay connected with OD trends and best practices to continuously adapt and enhance offerings. Facilitate workshops (occasionally). Collaborate with leaders to align learning initiatives with business objectives. Implement psychometric diagnostics and assessments (such as DiSC, Genos EI 360s). Drive Talent, Leadership, DEIB and Culture strategy and initiatives with support from the HRD. We are happy to consider this role part‑time. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience (5+ years) in Organisational Development. A Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is required. A current and valid driver's license is required due to necessary travel to different sites. Strong knowledge of Organisational Development principles, theories, and methodologies. Excellent consultation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. The ability to analyse problems, anticipate, plan, and demonstrate a drive for results. Strong data analysis and reporting capability. Preferred Advanced Google Suite capability and experience using Google Forms, Form approvals, Workday Learn or similar LMS, advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
