About The Role TWO EXCITING PORTFOLIOS TO APPLY FOR: Mobiles/SIMs/Gift Cards OR TV & Audio. As Senior Category Manager, You Will Own the category strategy for a complex technical portfolio, leveraging your deep understanding of international and local market trends. Lead product development and lifecycle management, bringing new ranges to life and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand. Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, delivering on sales, margin, and profitability targets across all channels. Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, using your strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve strategic outcomes. Mentor and develop talent, coaching a Category Manager and Category Assistant to support the delivery of a compelling offer. About You Extensive experience in merchandise category management and direct sourcing at national and international levels. Industry specific experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret complex product requirements. Proven success in designing and launching products using trend insights and data-driven analysis. Advanced commercial acumen and analytical capability, with a focus on continuous improvement. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
