We are seeking a Mowing Operator Team Leader who will be responsible for the onsite implementation of grounds maintenance across the contract. The role involves project planning, work scheduling, on-site supervision of employees and contractors and auditing the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner. Location :Epping, Melbourne Position Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Support the Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the crew Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members develop their skills and achieve their potential Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures Operate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipment About You To join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
