Responsibilities and Key Activities Customer Relationship Management Lead the charge in managing local strategic accounts: primary point of contact, understand business, anticipate needs, align solutions. Ensure precision in customer data and hierarchies: maintain accurate data, record all information. Craft and execute detailed customer plans: collaborate with unit management, develop comprehensive plans. Responsible for evaluating any commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raising them with the Management team. Sales Create and seize opportunities: work closely with account teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Share your insights and contacts: support other team members. Develop compelling value propositions. Monitor compliance and optimise contract performance to maximise profitability. Drive profitability: enhance profitability by implementing strategies. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 5-7 years in account management or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High level of computer literacy, including experience with CRM software. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts. There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
