Operator/All Rounder Maintenance in Civil concrete work Earthtech Excavations' is seeking an experienced Operator/All Rounder Maintenance in Civil concrete work to join our team in Melton VIC 3337. This full‑time position is an integral part of our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a range of earthmoving equipment and completing a variety of concrete civil tasks. What you'll be doing Safely operate a variety of earthmoving equipment including excavators, loaders, Tippers. Perform Concrete Civil maintenance and repairs with 2 years' experience finishing footpaths, Kerb, Slab or similar. Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with the machinery. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is well‑maintained and in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. What we're looking for Substantial experience (3+ years) as an operator of earthmoving equipment in the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to safely and efficiently operate a range of equipment including excavators, track loader. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Commitment to safety and a strong focus on environmental regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant licences and certificates (e.g., Heavy Vehicle Licence, High‑Risk Work Licences).
