Key Responsibilities
Accommodation Strategyo Develop and maintain an Accommodation Strategy.o Understand and analyze office needs.o Communicate strategies to senior management.o Monitor and report workspace usage.
Corporate Sustainabilityo Lead the Corporate Sustainability Strategy.o Design and implement sustainability initiatives.o Report on progress to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Managemento Engage stakeholders and manage expectations.o Address issues and concerns.o Promote workplace initiatives with Communications teams.Qualifications and Experienceo Degree in Facilities Management, Finance, Commerce, Technology, Project Management, or similar.o Experience in workplace and sustainability strategy.o Project management experience.o Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
