This role is critical in providing immediate first aid response, coordinating health‑related programs, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is calm under pressure and passionate about supporting employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide immediate first aid treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses Act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors attending the First Aid office Coordinate soft tissue clinics and pre‑employment medicals Conduct health screenings including eye, hearing, drug, and alcohol testing Support return‑to‑work programs and maintain accurate medical and injury records Complete safety data reports and maintain compliance statistics Assist with wellbeing initiatives such as skin checks and hearing tests Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and database maintenance Maintain clinic rooms and shared areas to a high standard Support safety and wellbeing initiatives across the site Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a First Aid role (nursing background preferred) Current First Aid qualification (recent nursing graduates encouraged to apply) Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments (highly regarded) Familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for reporting and compliance Understanding of Australian workplace health and safety legislation and return‑to‑work processes Ability to work in a factory environment and comply with hygiene and PPE standards Flexibility to support production schedules and respond to emergencies What’s On Offer Permanent full-time opportunity Competitive salary and benefits Supportive and inclusive team environment Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities Opportunity to make a real impact on workplace safety and wellbeing How to Apply Click the “APPLY NOW” button and submit your updated resume (Word document preferred).Ensure your mobile number and email address are correct so we can contact you – Australian Workforce 8928.
