Overview An excellent new full time career opportunity awaits an enthusiastic and competent Transport Customer Service Agent. We’re looking for a professional and customer-service focused individual to join our customer service team. Our position works at the front line of medical logistics servicing some of Australia’s largest med-tech companies. We require an experienced telephonist with a customer service mindset to assist our clients with service selection and scheduling of transport requests. This role requires experience in Sydney transport operations. This applicant will: Receive transport requests Interpret the important customers’ requirements Selection of service type Interact with transport operations and partnering service providers Ongoing track and trace We at ABC Couriers hope invite our new team member to a high-performing, supportive team that operates in an industry and with a client base that provides real skills and opportunities to grow professionally in transport & logistics.
