This is a pre-opening recruitment , and all candidates are invited to attend our open interview sessions — no appointment needed. Westfield Mount Druitt – Rooftop Dining Opposite Mad Mex , outside the soon-to-open Chickanji store.Interviews will be held in the common sitting area right outside the shop . Monday 24th: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday 27th: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Monday 1st December: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Walk-ins welcome. Just bring your resume. Back of House (BOH) Roles – 10–12 Positions We’re looking for BOH team members with experience in: Grilled Chicken, burgers, wraps, skewers Fast‑paced kitchen environments Food prep, handling & hygiene BOH Responsibilities Prepare menu items to Chickanji standards Follow recipes and food safety procedures Maintain a clean and organised kitchen Support the team during busy periods Front of House (FOH) Roles – 10–12 Positions Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in: Café Dessert shops Barista Restaurant or takeaway environments FOH Responsibilities Greeting customers Taking orders & operating POS Preparing drinks/desserts (if required) Keeping the dining/service areas clean Providing excellent customer service What We Offer Pre‑opening and ongoing training Career growth as Chickanji expands Supportive and friendly team Staff meals Opportunities for supervisor and manager development How to Apply Just attend one of the open interview sessions listed above.
