VIC State Manager – Landscaping Operations Help shape and maintain high-quality landscapes with a national industry leader. We’re looking for a VIC State Manager to lead our high-performing Victorian team. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on leadership, motivate teams, identify improvements, and ensure resourcing needs are met. Support business development by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping grow our client base. Manage team leaders and site staff to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Oversee contract performance and compliance, including forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and timesheet approvals. Drive operational excellence through planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements across all projects. Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operations, Contracts, or State Management role — ideally within landscaping, construction, or related industries. Strong understanding of landscape construction and maintenance operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams. Highly organised, self‑driven, and client‑focused.
