The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly-experienced
Principle Software Architect
to join Phantomworks Global to design and direct the development and integration of Software across the Phantomworks Global programs of work. You will be in a key technical leadership role, working closely with the business team, engineering teams, and customers to ensure timely and successful demonstration and delivery of cutting-edge capabilities to the end user community.This role is based in the Brisbane CBD.As a Principal Software Architect within Phantomworks Global, you willLead activities in the early concept stages to develop, document and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.Oversee and approve rapid development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system.Oversee and establish software testing and deployment strategies to ensure software system requirements are met.Provide technical leadership for software projects and leads software supplier management activities.Lead development, selection, tailoring and deployment of processes, tools and metrics.Plan, execute and document software research and development projects.Serve as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulations.Tracks and evaluate software team and supplier performance to ensure product and process conformance to project plans and industry standards.About youWe are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring technical teams, a creative thinker who looks for innovative solutions, and someone who enjoys collaborating with key stakeholders.
