Job Overview TP Human Capital is hiring an Administration Assistant for one of our clients in the logistics sector. This temporary role is based in Townsville and follows a 4‑days‑on / 4‑days‑off roster, with 10‑hour shifts. You will support the transport team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, data entry, communication, and general office duties. What We're Looking For Basic computer skills (using Word, Excel, email) Experience in admin, customer service, or office work is helpful but not essential Organized and able to keep track of tasks Good communication skills Reliable and willing to learn Able to work as part of a team What You'll Be Doing Answer phones and respond to emails Filing and keeping records organized Data entry and updating information in computer systems Help coordinate deliveries and transport schedules General office tasks and supporting the team Assist with paperwork and documentation What's On Offer Competitive pay 4 days on / 4 days off roster – great work/life balance.
