The Administration Assistant will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the operations of the Purchasing and Finance Team. Responsibilities Enter and update inventory information in inventory management systems Collating special customer orders and accounts Preparation and compilation of documents for data entry, including undertaking enquiries to obtain further information where required Support the wider team with the day-to-day operations and ad-hoc projects as required What You Bring to the Role Participating in a team environment that supports one another, the successful applicant will demonstrate their can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and expand their knowledge. You will bring your: Broad knowledge of administrative and bookkeeping procedures such as accounts payable, record keeping, purchasing and inventory control. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet strict deadlines Sound mathematical skills Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
