We are seeking a Full‑time Personal Assistant / Administration Assistant, based in our Townsville office As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high‑level administrative and secretarial support Britrac Engineering is a Family owned business, with a fantastic workplace culture What you’ll be doing Assist in managing complex schedules, travel and accomodation Monitor qualifications, onboarding and compliance of employees Provide administrative support such as filing, stationary orders and general office duties Act as the primary point of contact for telephone and walk‑in enquiries, distributing these through the correct channels Book maintenance of vehicles, plant and equipment What we’re looking for Prior experience in a Personal or Administrative Assistant role Preferable experience in Mining, Construction or Engineering industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and diligently Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise demands Proficient use of Microsoft Office, preferred experience in accounting software and onboarding systems A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach to your work to work within a fun, hard‑working team environment About us Britrac (Aus) PTY LTD is a leading & independent Conveyor, Lining & Engineering Company with operations in Townsville and Brisbane, servicing Local, National and Global Customers across a variety of industries Specialising in, Conveyor Belt Supply & Installation, Conveyor Components & Accessories, Surface Protection systems, Fabrication, Mechanical Fitting & Machining With Qualified & Multiskilled Service Teams plus a committed Internal Sales Team, Britrac provides rapid response, ongoing improvement, increased reliability and optimisation to our customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
