Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pmLocation: Brighton (Home Office/Studio Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays – subject to change, same hours apply) We are a collaborative, hardworking team that has built success without layers of hierarchy or corporate politics. Our strategy is set, our momentum is strong, and now we need a Personal Assistant who thrives in a doing role. Someone with common sense, foresight, and the ability to be the glue that holds everything together so nothing gets missed. What You Will Do Diary & Meeting Coordination – Supporting the CEO Manage and prioritise the CEO’s diary, ensuring all commitments are realistic and aligned. Prepare and circulate clear daily and weekly plans. Make sure the CEO is fully briefed before meetings, and the team have agendas and materials ready. Business Operations Admin – Supporting the Wider Team Maintain the company holiday and leave calendar. Support onboarding and exit paperwork for staff. Check bills and invoices for accuracy. Confidently set up video calls, including live streams into TV stations in the USA and UK. Use Monday.com to track workflows and ensure tasks are completed on time. Shoot & Production Coordination – Supporting Executive Producers and CEO Organise models, talent, travel visas, and logistics for shoots. Pack and prepare products required for filming and events. Ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Personal & Household Support – Supporting a Busy Single Mum Book personal appointments (medical, beauty, etc.) in alignment with the business diary. Handle everyday household admin including dry cleaning, repairs, and errands. Support with the CEO’s 11-year-old son: manage school app notifications, coordinate parties, and occasional school pick‑up. Ensure household tasks are handled so nothing slips through the cracks. Planning & Communication – Across the Business and Home Send a clear plan of the next day every evening. Anticipate needs, spot issues early, and resolve them before they escalated. Act as the central point of organisation between personal and business priorities. Education & Qualifications Bachelor of Business Administration, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience). Certificate in Office or Business Administration desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What We’re Looking For Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Brilliant attention to detail and organisation. Someone happiest in a doing role, keeping workflows on track. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and comfortable troubleshooting. Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable. A proactive and practical problem solver who is always one step ahead. Why Join Us?
