Administration Assistant TP Human Capital

We’re hiring an Administration Assistant for one of our clients in the property management sector. This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend, based in Townsville. You don’t need any prior property or real estate experience. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager to keep things running smoothly across their property portfolio. This role is Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5pm , starting ASAP , and comes with the bonus of free onsite parking . The pay rate is $35–$40 per hour depending on experience. What You’ll Be Doing Handle data entry across property management systems Prepare routine inspection reports Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, tradies, and landlords Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email Maintain accurate property files and records What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic Admin experience Attention to detail Organisational skills Confident using computers and systems Good communication skills for dealing with tenants, landlords, and contractors Application To apply, click Apply Now and ensure you submit an updated resume.
