Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The CEO will lead the organization by setting strategic directions, overseeing business operations, and fostering growth. Daily responsibilities include refining and executing business strategies, directing financial planning, promoting sales and business development efforts, and ensuring organizational alignment across departments. The CEO will act as the primary representative of Sky Nexus in stakeholder engagement and maintain a consistent focus on delivering exceptional service to SMEs within the IT and cybersecurity sector. Qualifications Strong expertise in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to drive organizational growth and long-term objectives Proficiency in Finance and Operations Management for effective resource allocation and ensuring financial sustainability Experience in Sales and Business Development to expand market presence and build strategic partnerships Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee organizational operations at an executive level Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to inspire and manage a diverse team Proven track record of success in the IT services or cybersecurity industry is highly advantageous Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Seniority level Executive | Employment type Full-time | Job function Business Development and Sales | Industry IT System Design Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
