We’re on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data & Analytics Consultant to join our growing team in Australia. This hybrid role will see you working closely with the Data & Analytics Practice Lead and engaging directly with clients to deliver impactful solutions using SAP data technologies. You will help bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, contributing to high-quality outcomes across various digital transformation initiatives. About the role Work closely with the Practice Lead to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, run workshops, and document outcomes Develop and implement SAP AI & Analytics solutions Support data quality assessments, cleansing, and preparation activities to ensure data reliability and integrity Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance across reporting and analytics processes Contribute to knowledge sharing and reusable asset development within the Data & Analytics practice Stay updated with SAP analytics tools and emerging data trends to continuously improve solution offerings Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, contributing to multiple projects with high attention to detail and accountability About you Strong skills in data modelling, data engineering, and visualisation Hands‑on experience with SAP Analytics Excellent client‑facing communication skills, able to confidently lead discovery workshops and present solutions High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high‑quality work Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organised, and work independently within hybrid work arrangements Good understanding of governance, quality, and security practices SAP certifications are mandatory Passion for technology and using data to drive meaningful business outcomes Our Culture What’s most important at FAIR?
