Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with families, teams, and the wider community About You Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar) Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others A results‑driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement Benefits At G8 Competitive salary package Eligibility to participate in our Short‑Term Incentive program Car allowance provided Hybrid working conditions with 3 days in office and 2 from home Option to choose one of our two state‑of‑the‑art support offices in Brisbane CBD or Central Gold Coast Career development opportunities as part of a large ASX‑listed company Access a 50% discount on early education and childcare fees at any G8 Education centre Exclusive access to our G8 Rewards Program with benefits across more than 600 retailers, exclusive cash discounts and more Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Location: South Sydney, New South Wales, Australia G8 Education is a committed advocate for child protection, safety and wellbeing.
