Kickstart your career and apply today What you will do Mentor and nurture junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture by providing constructive feedback, conducting regular design reviews, and supporting the professional growth of the broader team. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions. Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Demonstrate a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods to be able to conduct user testing and validate hypotheses. Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and ideation sessions to align with stakeholders. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions. Help maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards in all design outputs. What you will bring 6–10 years of experience in product design, with demonstrated impact in both execution and leadership. Proven experience leading small teams, ideally within fast‑paced or cross‑functional environments. A strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered design, product thinking, and end‑to‑end problem solving across devices. Experience with design systems, prototyping, and working within established brand and product frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence product direction and advocate for design, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements. Desirable qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience leading and mentoring design teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
