What Your Day Will Look Like As a Lead Product Designer, you won’t just design, you’ll define the future of global sports fandom. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, partnering with some of the biggest sports federations and leagues to shape how millions of fans connect with the games they love. Skills & Experience A Figma Guru: Expert in Figma for high‑fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system maintenance. Familiarity with Design Systems principles and maintaining a scalable, component‑based library. Deep understanding of responsive design principles and cross‑platform (Web, iOS, Android) best practices. Proficiency in UX for native mobile applications (iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design). (Nice to have) Expertise in end‑to‑end product design and delivery: Proven ability to facilitate creative workshops, collaborate closely with research teams, and lead the process from journey mapping and wireframing through to prototyping. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate, influence and inspire team members. Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills for communicating design vision and strategy to clients and executive teams.
